Hello palagi ako nagpapamassage sa inyo, yung last time kasi ung lalake na nag massage sakin puro kalyo ang kamay. Sana hinahand spa niyo mga massage therapist nio para hindi nakakahiya lalo na sa mga tourist na dumadayo sa inyo.

North Haven is also one of my Must-Visit when im in Baguio... this was introduced to me by my froend who hailed from the city of pines. It was highly recommended and its indeed a great stopover for a great spa. Been here a couple of times for the last three years ;) cheers!

a fully ordianed Buddhist nun in the NKT New Kadampa Tradition visiting us from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

She is in charge of both the K.L. and Penang centers.

On Wed 10th and again Thurs 11th she will be sharing precious dharma with us on ' the search for happiness ' and how the Dharma can make our life more enjoyable.

The teachings are free and there will be a short meditation practice,as well.

My visit to this spa and my experience was not that good. I was able to talk to the management and got their side and it was the case of lack of communication, understanding and lots of assumptions. With my experience with them the level of professionalism went down.
Avoid treatments that will pass through break time or near closing time. You will get different treatment depending on the mood of the therapist (tried or sleepy or wanted to go home early). Check the availability of the sauna and shower,
they shutdown their sauna around 10pm. Let the receptionist know your preference whether you want your sauna/shower before or after. Being professional for me is knowing what the client want and not assuming, in case of doubt, ask or suggest. Be true.
One lesson i learn when going to spa its not all about you but also about them the therapist... its a moment of partnership. Even if you have set your mood to be relaxed if your therapist is not... the experience will not be in harmony.
